“He (ibn Mas'ud) said, ‘Allah has cursed tattooists and those who are tattooed. Those women who have their teeth filed for beauty. Those who have their hair plucked and thus alter the creation of Allah.’

A woman asked him, ‘What is all this?’ He answered, ‘Why shouldn't I curse those whom the Prophet cursed? Allah, the Exalted says in His Book: Whatever the Messenger gives you, accept it; and whatever he forbids you, abstain.'" 59.7 Koran

Bukhari and Muslim with a chain up to ibn Mas'ud who related that the Messenger of Allah, praise and peace be upon him, said this.
