“Allah, the Mighty, the Glorified, has ordered me to recite to you (Ubayy) the chapter 98, Al-Bayyina: The Proof. Ubayy asked: ‘Did He name me?’ The Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, replied: ‘Yes’, whereupon Ubayy sobbed deeply.”

Bukhari and Muslim with a chain up to Anas who related that the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, said this to Ubayy, the son of Ka'ab
