“A young man from the children of Aslam came to the Messenger of Allah, praise and peace be upon him, and said to him, ‘O Messenger of Allah, praise and peace be upon him, I want to take part in the campaign but I have nothing with which to obtain equipment.’ He said, ‘Go to so and so, he has equipment but has been taken ill.’ So the young man went to him and said, ‘The Messenger of Allah, praise and peace be upon him, sends you greetings and asks you to hand over to me your equipment.’ He called out to his wife saying, ‘Give him all the equipment I have gathered and do not withhold anything – do not withhold anything. Allah will make it a source of blessing for us.’"
