“Allah, the Exalted, says: 'There are three to whom I will be their Opponent on the Day of Judgement: Whosoever makes a promise in My Name and then breaks it. Whosoever sells a freeman into slavery and consumes his price. Whosoever hires a laborer and having taken full work from him fails to pay him his wages.'”

Bukhari with a chain up to Abu Hurairah who related that the Messenger of Allah, praise and peace be upon him, said this.
