“There are two kinds of people you should envy. The person to whom Allah has given the (knowledge of) Koran and he stands reading it in prayer during the day and night; and he to whom Allah has given wealth and spends it in the cause of Allah during the hours of the night and day.”

Bukhari and Muslim with a chain up to ibn Omar who related that the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, said this.
