“Some of the Companions of the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, told the Messenger of Allah, praise and peace be upon him, ‘We eat but our hunger is not satisfied.’ The Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, asked them. ‘Do you eat alone?’ They replied, ‘Yes.’ So he told them, ‘Eat together and pronounce the Name of Allah over your food. It will be blessed for you.’"
