“A man ate with his left hand in the presence of the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, whereupon the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, advised him to eat with his right hand. In arrogance he replied: ‘I am unable to do so.’ The Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, said: ‘May you not be able to so.’ Thereafter the man could not raise his hand to his mouth.”
