“A person passed by not far from the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, and he asked one of the Companions sitting with him: ‘What do you think of that one?’ He replied: ‘He is one of the most noble. If he proposed marriage his worthy proposal would be accepted; if he counsels his counseling is accepted.’ The Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, did not comment.

Not long after another man passed by and he asked: ‘What do you think of his one?’ He answered: ‘O Messenger of Allah, praise and peace be upon him, he is one of the poor Muslims. If he proposed marriage his proposal would not be accepted, if he offered advice his advice would be rejected, and if he spoke he would not be listened to.’ The Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, said: ‘That one is better than the earth full of those like the former.’”
