“Talha son of Bra'a the son of Hazib fell ill, so the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, went to inquire after him. After he had seen him he said, ‘I think that Talha's end is near. Let me know when it comes and make haste with his funeral, because it is not fitting that the corpse of a Muslim should remain among his family.’"

Abu Dawud with a chain up to Husain son of Wuhuh who related that the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, said this.
