“The upright nature are ten practices: trimming the moustache, letting the beard grow, brushing the teeth. Cleaning the nostrils. Cutting the nails. Washing the cuticles. Removal of the hair under the armpits. Removal of pubic hair. Washing with water the polluted parts after relieving oneself."
