Allah affirms the prophecy of Jesus which is that Prophet Muhammad does not speak out of desire but only by the Word of Allah 53:3-5
53:3 nor does he speak out of desire.
53.3 وَمَا يَنطِقُ عَنِ الْهَوَى
53:4 Indeed it is not except a Revelation which is revealed,
53.4 إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا وَحْيٌ يُوحَى
53:5 taught by One who is Stern in power.
53.5 عَلَّمَهُ شَدِيدُ الْقُوَى
