Allah saves Salih and his followers from his disbelieving nation 54:23-32
54:23 Thamood, too, belied Our warnings.
54.23 كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ بِالنُّذُرِ
54:24 They said, 'Are we to follow a mortal who is one of us? Then indeed, we would surely be in error and insane.
54.24 فَقَالُوا أَبَشَرًا مِّنَّا وَاحِدًا نَّتَّبِعُهُ إِنَّا إِذًا لَّفِي ضَلَالٍ وَسُعُرٍ
54:25 Out of all of us has the Reminder been given to him alone? Rather, he is indeed an arrogant liar.'
54.25 أَؤُلْقِيَ الذِّكْرُ عَلَيْهِ مِن بَيْنِنَا بَلْ هُوَ كَذَّابٌ أَشِرٌ
54:26 (To him We said), 'Tomorrow they shall know who is the arrogant liar.
54.26 سَيَعْلَمُونَ غَدًا مَّنِ الْكَذَّابُ الْأَشِرُ
54:27 We are sending to them as a trial, a she-camel, so watch them and have patience.
54.27 إِنَّا مُرْسِلُو النَّاقَةِ فِتْنَةً لَّهُمْ فَارْتَقِبْهُمْ وَاصْطَبِرْ
54:28 Tell them that the water is to be divided between them, a drink each for them in turn.'
54.28 وَنَبِّئْهُمْ أَنَّ الْمَاء قِسْمَةٌ بَيْنَهُمْ كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ
54:29 But they called their companion who took hold of her and hamstrung her.
54.29 فَنَادَوْا صَاحِبَهُمْ فَتَعَاطَى فَعَقَرَ
54:30 How then were My punishment and My warnings!
54.30 فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ
54:31 Then We sent against them one Shout and they became like the trampled twigs of the (sheep) pen-builder.
54.31 إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَكَانُوا كَهَشِيمِ الْمُحْتَظِرِ
54:32 We have made the Koran an easy Remembrance, is there any that will remember!
54.32 وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ
