There are angels watching over you and writing what you do 24 hours a day 82:6-12
82:6 O human! What has deceived you concerning your Generous Lord
82.6 يَا أَيُّهَا الْإِنسَانُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ الْكَرِيمِ
82:7 who created you, formed you and proportioned you?
82.7 الَّذِي خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّاكَ فَعَدَلَكَ
82:8 In whatever shape He will He could surely have fashioned you.
82.8 فِي أَيِّ صُورَةٍ مَّا شَاء رَكَّبَكَ
82:9 Rather, you belied the Recompense.
82.9 كَلَّا بَلْ تُكَذِّبُونَ بِالدِّينِ
82:10 Yet over you there are watchers,
82.10 وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ لَحَافِظِينَ
82:11 noble scribes
82.11 كِرَامًا كَاتِبِينَ
82:12 who know of all that you do.
82.12 يَعْلَمُونَ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ
