ALAM NASHRAH 94 The Expanding - Al-'Inshirah
1:1 In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
.1 بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Long for Allah in humility 94:1-8
94:1 Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad),
94.1 أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ
94:2 and relieved you of your burden
94.2 وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ
94:3 that weighed down your back?
94.3 الَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ
94:4 Have We not raised your remembrance?
94.4 وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ
94:5 Indeed, hardship is followed by ease,
94.5 فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
94:6 indeed, hardship is followed by ease!
94.6 إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
94:7 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication),
94.7 فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ
94:8 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility).
94.8 وَإِلَى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ
