AL FIIL 105 The Elephant - Al-Feil
1:1 In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
.1 بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
The year in which Prophet Muhammad was born 105:1-5
105:1 Have you not seen how Allah dealt with the companions of the Elephant?
105.1 أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَابِ الْفِيلِ
105:2 Did He not cause their schemes to go astray?
105.2 أَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِي تَضْلِيلٍ
105:3 And He sent against them flights of birds
105.3 وَأَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا أَبَابِيلَ
105:4 pelting them with stones of baked clay,
105.4 تَرْمِيهِم بِحِجَارَةٍ مِّن سِجِّيلٍ
105:5 so that He made them like straw eaten (by cattle).
105.5 فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍ مَّأْكُولٍ
