Allah knows and sees all things 13:8-9
13:8 Allah knows what every female bears, and what shrinks and swells the womb. And everything with Him has its measure.
13.8 اللّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَحْمِلُ كُلُّ أُنثَى وَمَا تَغِيضُ الأَرْحَامُ وَمَا تَزْدَادُ وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ عِندَهُ بِمِقْدَارٍ
13:9 (He is) the Knower of the unseen and the seen, the Great, the Exalted.
13.9 عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ الْكَبِيرُ الْمُتَعَالِ
