AL HIJR 15 The Valley of Hijr - Al-Hijr
1:1 In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
.1 بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
The power of Allah 15:1-8
15:1 AlifLaamRa. Those are the verses of the Book, the Clear Koran.
15.1 الَرَ تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ وَقُرْآنٍ مُّبِينٍ
15:2 It could be that those who disbelieve will wish that they were Muslims.
15.2 رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوْ كَانُواْ مُسْلِمِينَ
15:3 Let them eat and enjoy; and let their hopes deceive them, soon they shall know.
15.3 ذَرْهُمْ يَأْكُلُواْ وَيَتَمَتَّعُواْ وَيُلْهِهِمُ الأَمَلُ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ
15:4 We never destroyed a village whose term had not already been decreed.
15.4 وَمَا أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلاَّ وَلَهَا كِتَابٌ مَّعْلُومٌ
15:5 No nation can outstrip its term, nor do they put it back.
15.5 مَّا تَسْبِقُ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ
