With this in mind the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, sent Jabir and Abdullah,
Omar's son to call his men back. Jabir and Abdullah set off calling at the top of their
voices telling them to return, but it was to no avail, whereupon they returned to tell the
Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, what had happened, but the Prophet, praise
and peace be upon him, just smiled and returned home himself with his close
companions.
