Soon after, by the permission of Allah, the young
man started to restore sight to the blind -- even
those that had been born blind. He also cured
lepers and many other people with incurable
diseases.
Needless to say, the news of all these miraculous
cures spread swiftly through the city and it wasn't
long until one of the king's courtiers heard the
news.
The courtier had been blind for many years and
longed to be able to see once again. Hastily, he
called upon his servants to take him to the young
man and took with him a lot of very expensive
gifts with which he hoped to buy a cure.
At last they found the young man, and the
