The souls of the martyrs are in the hollow of green birds that have lamps hanging from the throne, they are released from Paradise wherever they want, then they take refuge in those lamps, so their Lord looked at him and said: Do you desire something? They said: What do we desire while we are released from Paradise wherever we want? So he did that three times, and when they saw that they would not be left to ask, they said: O Lord, we want to return our souls to our bodies so that we can return to the world and be killed in your way again. When he saw that you do not need them left.

The first to deny Adam three times, Allah Almighty created Adam, wiped on his back and brought out his offspring, so he presented them to him, and he saw among them a man blooming, and he said, “O Lord, which son is this?” This is your son David. How old is he? He said: “Sixty years.” He said: “Oh, Lord, increase his age.” He said: “No, unless you increase him in your life.” Adam’s age was a thousand years. He said: “Oh, Lord, increase my life by forty years.” His soul, he said: Forty years of my life remain. They said: You gave it to your son David. He said: O Lord, what did you do? Then Allah revealed the Book to him and established the evidence for him, then Allah Almighty completed a thousand years for Adam and completed a hundred years for David.
