The hadith (Indeed, one of you gathers his creation in his mother’s womb) was included by Al-Bukhari in places in his Sahih, so he brought it out in the beginning of creation chapter (the remembrance of angels) and in the chapter (the creation of Adam) and mentioned it in the Book of Destiny the chapter on Predestination and mentioned it in the Book of Tawheed chapter of Allah Almighty’s saying: (And I have preceded Our word is for our Messengers) and we mention the hadith narration from the Book of Tawheed. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, told us, and he is the truthful and truthful one: If the creation of one of you gathers in his mother’s womb forty a day, and forty nights or forty nights, then it becomes a leech like it, then it becomes a lump like it, then Allah sends To him the king, so the call to prayer is given with four words: he writes his sustenance, his term, his work, and he is wretched or happy, then the soul is breathed into him, for one of you will do the work of the people of Paradise, until there is nothing between him and him but an arm, then the book precedes him, and he does the work of the people of Hell, and one of you will enter Hell, and that one of you To do the deeds of the people of Hellfire, until there is only an arm’s length between it and him, then the Book will precede him, so he does the deeds of the people of Paradise and enters it.”

The hadith forbidding abstaining and wasting at death was reported by Al-Nasa’i: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, spit in his palm, then put his index finger, and said: Allah Almighty says: I am unable to son of Adam, and I created you from something like this, so if your soul reaches this, point to his throat I said: Do you give charity, and it is the time for charity?
