It was reported that people were talking about Abuhuroiroh narrating a lot of hadith. He commented on their statement that what prompted him not to hide the hadiths were two verses of the Qur'an, namely: Cow chapter verse - he received many hadiths because he was not busy with any work so that he could continue full time to follow the Messenger of Allah - Peace and blessing be upon him - while other friends were busy with their work.

Whoever is asked about knowledge that he knows and then hides it, he will be restrained on the Day of Resurrection with a bridle from the fire of hell.

It is He who sent down to you (O Messenger of Allah) the Qur'an, among which there are clear verses which are the mother of the Qur'an and there are others in the form of verses which are disguised in meaning. If you see people who follow the verses of mutasyabihat (by looking for meaning according to their desires) then be careful of them.

Al Imam Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, preaching: Tell people in a language they know, whether you like Allah and His Messenger (PBUH) to be lied to.
