(meaning) O our Lord, praise to you is full of heaven and earth, and full of what you will after, you are the owner of praise and majesty. What a servant should say and we are all your servants, O Allah, there is nothing that can prevent anything that you give, and nothing can give anything that you prevent, and no one who has greatness can benefit his greatness over your essence.

[Rifa'ah bin Rafi' he said; "One day I was praying behind the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi wasallam, and when he lifted his head from bowing' he said,] 'Sami'allahu liman hamidah'. [Suddenly someone behind him said, 'Rabbana wa lakal hamdu hamdan katsiran thayyiban mubarakan fiih (O our Lord, to You all the praises are many and good, and blessed)'. After the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam finished praying, he asked,] 'Who speaks during prayer? ['Then a man said; 'I am O Messenger of Allah,' Then the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said:] 'By the One in Whose hand is my soul, indeed, I - Peace and blessing be upon him - thirty-plus angels scrambling to write it down for the first time.'

When one of you prostrates, let him not roar like a camel roars, and let him put his hands before his knees.
