(Uqbah bin 'Aamir) reported that the Messenger of Allah - Peace and blessing be upon him - ordered him to read mu'awwidzatain (two letters of protection, Al-Falaq and An-Naas or mu'awwidzaat (Al-Ikhlash + Mu'awwidzatain) after every prayer.
