Topic | The virtue of accompanying the corpse and praying

Whoever witnesses the corpse until it is prayed for, he will be rewarded with one qiroth. Whoever witnesses it until it is buried, - those who follow a Muslim corpse out of faith and sincerity and he accompanies it until it is prayed for and buried - then for him the reward of two qiroth. That is like two great mountains.

The person who drives walks behind the corpse while the one who walks wherever he wants: behind, in front, on the right and on the left, near the corpse.
