Some of the Advantages of Fasting

You should practice fasting, because it has no equal.

Allah the Most High: All the deeds of the children of Adam are for him except fasting, then indeed he is for Me and I will immediately repay him. Fasting is a fortress. So if you are on your fasting day then do not speak dirty words and do not shout. If someone criticizes him or argues with him, he should say: Verily, I am a fasting person. By the One in Whose hand is my soul, the smell of the mouth of a fasting person is better in the sight of Allah than the smell of musk / musk. For the fasting person there are two kinds of happiness: if he breaks his fast then he is happy (with the perfection of his fast) and when he meets his Lord he is happy with his fast.
