If the night has come from there (east) and the day has gone from there (west) and the sun has set, it is time for the fasting person to break his fast.

Verily, when the call to prayer is still at night, then eat and drink until the call to prayer for Abdulloh bin Ummi Maktum.

(Zaid bin Thabit) he reported: We had sahur with the Prophet - Peace and blessing be upon him - then he got up for the dawn prayer (while between sahur and the call to prayer) about fifty verses (ten - fifteen minutes).

Sahur, because in fact there is blessing in sahur.

Verily, this suhoor is a blessing that Allah has bestowed upon you, so do not leave it.
