Hastening the Hajj for those who are obligatory for him

Whoever wants to make Hajj, then hasten, because sometimes a person gets sick, or loses his wealth, or his need comes.

(Abdulloh bin Abbas) he reported that the Messenger of Allah - Peace and blessing be upon him - determined the miqot for the people of Medina was Dhul Hulaifah, for the people of Sham it was Juhfah, for the people of Najd it was Qornul Manazil, for the people of Yemen it was Yalamlam. Those places are for those who come from there and who come through those places and are not natives of those places, for those who want to perform Hajj and Umrah. If the place is closer (to Mecca) than those places, then the place of ihram is from his family/original place, and so it is until the people of Mecca take ihram from Mecca.
