O Allah, I seek refuge from weakness and laziness, from being stingy and cowardly, from the congestion and torment of the grave. O Allah, give my lust to piety, and purify it, You are the best who purify it, You are its protector and ruler. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from lust that is not satisfied, from a heart that is not humble, and from prayer that is not answered.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done and from the evil of what I have not done.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the loss of Your favors, the displacement of Your salvation, the suddenness of Your punishment and from all Your wrath.

(Abu Hurairah) he reported that the Prophet - Peace and blessing be upon him - took refuge from bad decisions, the reach of accidents, the joy of the enemy (for our suffering), and from the hardships of calamities'.

I seek refuge in You from disbelief, disobedience, division, hypocrisy, sum'ah (likes to be heard), and riya' (showing off). I seek refuge in You from deafness and muteness, from madness, leprosy and discoloration, and from bad diseases.
O Allah, I seek refuge from bad morals, deeds, and desires.
