When someone enters his house, he should say: O Allah, I ask You for the best place to enter and the best place to leave; In the name of Allah we enter, in the name of Allah we go out, and to Allah is our Lord we surrender. Then he should greet his family.

O my son, if you enter into your family it will be a blessing to you and to the inhabitants of your house.

If a person enters his house and he mentions (name) Allah Most High when he enters and when he eats, Satan will say: There is no place for you to spend the night and no dinner. If he enters but does not mention (name) Allah Most High when he enters, Satan says: You have a place to spend the night. Then if you do not mention (name) Allah Most High while eating, then Satan says: You have a place to spend the night and eat dinner.
