gave him something that no one of the people of Paradise gave him. He says: If I were permitted, I would enter the people of Paradise with food, drink, and clothing with what Allah gave me, and that does not diminish me.

He was among those whom you spoke of, a man who had a wound and became alarmed, so he took a knife and cut his hand with it, and the blood did not stop until he died. Almighty said: My worshipper hastened to me himself, and Paradise was forbidden to him.
