The last person to enter Paradise is a man, and he walks once and stoops once and the fire burns him once. When he passes it, he turns to it and says: Blessed be He who saved me from you. Allah has given me something that He did not give to anyone of the first and the last. So a tree is raised for him and he says: O Lord, bring me closer to this tree, so I can shade in its shade and drink from its water. Then Allah, His Majesty, says: O son of Adam, perhaps if I gave it to you, you would ask me for something else? Then he says, No, O Lord, and promises him that he will not ask him for anything else, and his Lord will excuse him because he sees what he has no patience for, so he draws him close to it, so he will take shelter in its shade and drink from its water. O son of Adam, did you not promise me that you would not ask me for anything else? He says: Perhaps if I come close to you from it, you will ask me for something else, so he promises him that he will not ask him for anything else, and his Lord will excuse him, because he sees what he has no patience for, and he will bring him closer to it, so he will shade himself in its shade and drink from its water. And I drink of its water, and I will not ask you for anything else. He will say: O son of Adam, did you not promise me that you would not ask me for anything else? He said: Yes, O Lord, this one is, I do not ask you for anything else, and his Lord will excuse him, because he sees what he has no patience for, and he draws him from it. So when he is below it, he hears the voices of the people of Paradise and says: O Lord, let me enter it, then he says: O son of Adam, what makes me cry from you? Will it satisfy you if i were to give you the world twice ? He said: O Lord, are you mocking me, and you are the Lord of the worlds? . Ibn Masoud laughed and said: Don't you ask me why I laugh? They said: Why are you laughing? He said: Who made the Lord of the worlds laugh when he said: Are you mocking me, and you are the Lord of the worlds? He says: I am not making fun of you, but I am able to do what I want.
