Qatada asked, 'Father of Hamza, how many were there?' He replied,
"Approximately three hundred."

Abbas' son said,
"An Arab came to the Prophet, Allah praised him and his family and gave
peace, and asked, 'How may I know that you are a prophet?' He replied,
'What if I may let you see this branch from this palm tree bear witness for
me?' He replied, 'Yes.' So he called the branch and the branch came down
from the tree and landed on the ground and kept hopping until it reached him
