Abi ad Darda, may Allah be pleased with him, said, that the Messenger of
Allah, Allah praised him and his family and gave peace, said:
"Say multiple supplications of praising upon me on the day of Friday because
it is a day witnessed by angels, and there is no person who commences such
supplication but it is presented to me until he concludes it." So I asked, "And
even after death?" He replied, "Indeed, Allah has forbidden the earth to
consume the bodies of prophets."
"Therefore the Prophet of Allah is alive receiving provision."
Aus son of Aus said:
"Amongst the best of your days is Friday. Adam was created in it, and his soul
was also withdrawn in it, and in it the Horn will be blown, and in it the Day of
the Lethal Shout. Therefore during that day say multiple supplications of
praising upon me because your praising is presented to me." They said, "O
