153. ِٚ وِ ِْ خ ْٖ ٓ ٍٖ ئِ بً ءٍ ٢ؽ ًَ ٢ك ُُٚٔ ِْ ػ نجَ ع ْذَه َاللّ َّٕ َأ َْ َِؼْ ْٕ َأ ذِ جْ
ؼَ ُا ٠ِػ ٝ
154. thereby He predestined with His Will such perfect planning 154. ًاش٣ذوْ َر ِٚ زِ َئ٤ؾَٔ ث يُِ
ر سَ َّذَه ٝ
ًبٓشَ جْ ٓ ًبٌَٔ ؾٓ
155. which is neither contradictory nor is it subject to any to comment. Neither is it
subject to removal or change, neither detour nor increase or decrease from His creation,
no matter whether it is in His heavens or the earth. 155. لا ٝ َ٣ضٓ لا ٝ توِّ ؼَ ٓ لا ٝ طهِ بٗ ِٚ
