262. They are incapable except with that which He obligated upon them. This is
understood from the explanation of the saying, "there is neither movement nor power
except by Allah" (Sahih Bukhari 578). 262. ٝ ٍْٞ ؽ لا ٍْٞ شِ ٤غلْ َر َصبؽ َٞ ٛ ٝ ْْ ُٜ َلَِّ ً
بٓ َّلاِا َٕ ْٞ ُو٤ْ ط
ُ٣ لا ٝ
لِلِّ َّ بث َّلا َحَّٞ ُه لا
263. We say there is neither maneuvering nor movement for a person to commit a sin
except with the help of Allah. 263. ِاللّ خِ َٗ ُٞؼَٔ ث َّلا ِاللّ خِ ٤َ صؼْ ٓ ْٖ ػ ذٍ ؽَ َلأ
َخًَ شَ ؽ لا ٝ َخَِ٤ؽ لا ٍٞوَٗ
264. No one has the power to establish obedience and sustain it, without success from
Allah. 264. اللِّ ن٤كْٞ َزث َّلا بٜ٤ْ َِػ دبجضَُّ ا ٝ خٍ ػبغ خِ َٓ به ٠ِػ ذٍ ؽَ َلأ َحَّٞ ُه
