be upon him. Judges are required to arrive at their decisions in accordance with the
commands of Allah.

He should judge, according to the justice of Allah sent down in the Holy Koran. If you do
not want to depart from that affection and the true respect that you should ever bear to
the Holy Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, and wish to serve Muslims with a
sincere heart, you will raise only such person to the rank of a judge, who is famous for
his sense of responsibility, integrity and piety.
