Do not let any feeling of pride withhold you from acknowledging to yourself just how
grievously and fatally you have erred. There is not one statesman amongst us who has
either wisdom or virtue to set things right. It is useless to look behind for the redress of
the grievances. Many people have died of starvation and it is impossible to restore them

to life, but, there is still a ray of hope left for those who are dying. The kindness and
sympathetic treatment at the hands of Mujirud Daulah can save them from starvation.
I therefore beseech you to do everything possible to ensure that in future people will not
be exploited so unmercifully. In the interest of the common folk, whose prayers have
saved your premiership from destruction, I pray that a Government circular letter be
soon issued to put a stop to such irregularities on the part of Government officials.
