And if Knowledge would, in specifying the known thing, render the Will needless, so that it could

that a thing has come into being at a time when its existence had already been known (this is not

case otherwise), it would be possible for knowledge to render power needless, so that it could be

that a thing has come into being without Power (which is not the case), but simply because its
