And We did not change the direction Mecca which you
were facing into Jerusalem except that We might know
who followed by believing the Messenger
from him who turned disbelieving on his heels.
Though it the redirecting was a hardship
except for those whom Allah has guided.
But Allah would never waste your faith.
Indeed, Allah is All-gentle with
the believing people, All-compassionate. 150
144. We have seen you Prophet Muhammad turning
your face about in the heaven looking for the revelation,
anxious for the redirecting.
