285. The Messenger Muhammad son of Abdullah,
descendant of

Abraham believes in what was sent down to him from his
Lord,

and so do the believers.

Each believes in Allah and His angels,
and in His Books and His Messengers;
they say we do not differentiate between


any of His Messengers believing in some and not in others
as the Jews and Christians.

They the believers say, 'We hear, and obey.

we ask Your forgiveness, our Lord;
to You is the arrival.' 292

286. Allah charges no soul except to its capacity.
For it of good and its reward is what it has earned,
and against it of evil what it has gained.

Say Our Lord,

do not take us to account

if we have forgotten, or made a mistake.
Our Lord,

do not burden us with a load

as You have burdened those before us.
Our Lord,

do not over burden us
more than we can bear.
And pardon us,

and forgive us,

and have mercy on us.
You are our Protector,
so give us victory over

the nation, the unbelievers
