torturing Amar and his parents in the heat of the sun as the unbelievers attempted to
make them forsake Islam. Amar‟s father cried out, “O Messenger of Allah, praise and
peace be upon him, this has been happening for a long time.” The Messenger of Allah,
praise and peace be upon him, exhorted them to be patient saying, “Be patient, O family
of Yasar. O Allah, forgive the family of Yasir.”
