Certainly, Allah talked to Moses.
Messengers bearing glad tidings and warning,
so that the people will have no Argument against Allah,
after the Messengers.
Allah is the Almighty, the Wise.
But Allah bears witness for that which He has sent down to you.
He has sent it down with His Knowledge,
and the angels bear witness,
it is sufficient that Allah is the Witness." Chapter 4:163-166.
Allah says,
"Of these Messengers,
