REMAINING IN THE MOSQUE

“As long as you remain in the mosque for the purpose of prayer and
it is only this reason that prevents you from returning home, you will
be deemed to be occupied in prayer.”

Bukhari and Muslim with a chain up to Abu Hurairah who related that the
Messenger of Allah, praise and peace be upon him, said this.

WHEN THE ANGELS SUPPLICATE FOR BLESSINGS

“The angels supplicate for blessings upon the one who continues to
remain in his place of prayer in a state of purity after the prayer is
finished, saying, 'O Allah, forgive him; O Allah have mercy on him.'”
