on His Throne, „My Mercy will prevail over My Wrath.‟”
We are also informed, “My Mercy encompasses My Anger."
"My Mercy surpasses My Anger."
Bukhari and Muslim with a chain up to Abu Hurairah who related that the Prophet,
praise and peace be upon him, said this
HOW LITTLE WE KNOW OF MERCY

“Allah divided (His) mercy into a hundred parts. He retained ninety-
nine parts and sent the remaining part down to earth. It is from this
part that the creation extends mercy to one another; so that an
animal lifts its foot above its young just in case it might harm it.”
