He answered, „It is indeed from Allah.‟ When he was happy, it was
usual for the happiness in his face to glow as if it were a part of the

moon – when this happened we knew he was pleased.
To complete my repentance, I offered to give the Messenger of
Allah, praise and peace be upon him, all my possessions as charity
in the cause of Allah and His Messenger, praise and peace be upon
him. He told me, „Retain part of it - that is better for you.‟ So I said, „I
