WHAT TO DO BEFORE SLEEPING

“When any one of you goes to bed he should shake his bedding with
the inner side of his loose lower undergarment because he does not

know what might have been on it after him, and should supplicate,
„In Your Name, O Lord, I have laid upon my side and in Your Name I
shall raise from it. If You should take my soul, have mercy on it, and
if You restore it then guard it against that which You guard Your
righteous worshipers.‟"
