SUPPLICATION FOR THE SICK

“When the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, visited a sick
member of his family he would touch the sick person with his right
hand and supplicate, „O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the affliction
and bestow healing, You are the Healer of affliction, because there
is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no sickness
behind.‟"
Bukhari and Muslim with a chain up to the Mother of Believers, Lady Ayesha the
wife of the Prophet, may Allah be pleased with her, who related this.
