THE CONDITION OF THE HYPOCRITE

“On the Day of Judgement there will be a man brought and thrown
into the Fire. His intestines will burst forth from his belly and he will
clutch them going round in circles like a donkey treads a mill.
The Companions of the Fire will gather round him and say: „What is
this? Didn't you encourage good and forbid evil?‟ He will say: „That
is so, I encouraged good, but did not do it; and I forbade evil but did
it.‟”
Bukhari and Muslim with a chain up to Osama son of Zaid who related that he
heard the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, say this.
