he sees". This means that she saw the palaces, not with her regular eyesight but with her son's light. Therefore, she endowed him with her best honor and milk, and he lit her before lighting the world.
Grammatically, the Prophet referred to himself as the second person with his mother, and bore witness that she saw the whole light, whereas others heard about it thereafter.
